    First I received the incorrect part but reached out to the company and we agreed that I will come to the store personally and return the item and not just swap out the item he also installed it at no cost this company is amazing and have so much inventory in stock and have a watchmaker on hand so not wait at all it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a Jewler ever so if I was to rate this company they definitely get 10 stars from me and fyi going back down next week to do more business

    Found a beautiful watch and paid for it only to find out it was already sold a week prior and the listing wasn’t removed due to an error. However, I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and customer service on their part to not only make it right, but even exceeded my original expectations in the watch I was getting. They were in constant contact and answered any questions I had pertaining to finding a new watch I would be happy with. 10 out of 10

    Honest seller, honest company! There was some bad communication, like vague replies on the issue and questions and several days to reply, but they are getting better and I went back to change my feedback, they refunded me and called me personally to apologize, maybe they got some more help in their EBay department now, their business is Top Notch!
