I already own one of these so I ordered another one here. I was disappointed to then discover they are out of stock and it would be a couple of months before I get one. Why the positive then? I judge a company not so much by what they do right, unless it's something special, but how they handle an issue. This was handled beautifully - an email explaining the situation and offering a full refund. Great communication.
