    Very happy! I needed to know the size of the internal frame for this backpack because I need a Small and I really love this particular pack but wore out the one I had after years of service. The size tag is very hard to find. I wrote to the seller and asked them to check the size tag. They did and sent me a picture of the size tag that said "S" so I bought the pack. It just arrived and looks exactly as the pics. They documented every smudge and tiny hole so I knew exactly what I was buying.
