Only protection was shredded cardboard. Contacted seller, politely, insisted on returning the item (at my own cost). Don't have a printer to print out the return label so asked for a partial refund which they refused & completely ignored. We opted not to give them a partial refund as the "damage" is not severe enough for us to offer a partial refund & they also stated they were a collector. But why? The issue is the seller sends out carded figures in inadequate packaging with poor protection, no wrap, hence the damage, epic fail!. The only seller that does this! Didn't mention the "fact" that we can't print out a returns label as we don't own a printer which the seller failed to comprehend. Very poor and absolutely useless for card, bubble protection.
