    There was a mix up and I got another person's purchase (knitting needles rather than the crochet hook I had ordered). The seller contacted me by phone and apologised and sent out the correct item straight away. The item was well wrapped and as described. They told me to keep the knitting needles rather than trying to return them which was kind and I will put them to good use.
