I found the communication very fluid with the sellers shipping. This included a tracking number. The estimated delivery was set and I had received the item earlier, which was a bonus. I got this phone as a gift to my teen. The phone showed up with signatures required in a properly shipped box. Once opened, phone showed to be excellent shape and a FULL battery. Couldn’t be more pleased with it all!!!
