After chasing the seller, they eventually responded to say there was a query regarding my design, causing the delay. Why I wasn’t contacted regarding this discrepancy, I have no idea. I asked for a different design as prompted by the seller, to which I then had no response for another almost 2 weeks. Really disappointed with the communication and transparency of the seller and won’t be ordered anything again.
