Everything worked on it, but the left rack ear was bent pretty severely which prevented me from mounting it. This was not shown in any of the pictures listed. I was able mostly straighten it out with a vice grip I purchased.

I think the seller could have improved the packaging, fortunately it arrived well but with the box broken.
