The instructions in the user manual were very helpful as well as several YouTube videos. I picture quality is great and for the price, I consider this dash cam a bargain. The dash cam is not bulky, so it is not a distraction for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.

The people that author the instructions may want to have a conversation with the people that design the product. When installing just do your best, the instruction book is useless. Vital information was left out & imaginary information was added. On the up side a 32gb card was promised for free & it came with 64gb card. So to recap, use common sense to install, DO NOT read the book. Test before permanently mounting. Enjoy the larger SD card.

It does have to be hooked to your phone in order to work. That's the only drawback. Functionality is exceptional. Overall Great product and buying experience.

Was told to Return it when I received it. The same day, I Ordered the Correct Dash Cam I wanted from them. GREAT Communication again. I received the Wrong one today and Sending it Back. Great Company to deal with. Thank you.

Two packages were shipped for "one" item, but the seller did not disclose this until the first package arrive and I inquired about something missing. Not the end of the world, but should've been communicated at time of shipping. Would buy from again.

Seller made the return process simple and efficient from start to finish, no questions asked. Seller is excellent with responses to any questions or concerns which was much appreciated!
