It's a surf-music sensation, with the first-ever joint appearance of the Beach Boys with Jan & Dean, who together were responsible for the genre's popularity in the 1960s. The Beach Boys created one of the most influential pop albums ever with 1966's PET SOUNDS, while Brian Wilson has continued to create his signature orchestral compositions. Here, the group reunites for a show in St. Louis, where they perform classic songs like "California Girls," "Catch A Wave," "Under The Boardwalk," and "Be True to Your School." Jan & Dean, who began riding the surf wave a few years before the Boys, also deliver vintage tunes. Though their path to stardom was cut short when Jan suffered injuries in a car accident, this concert demonstrates that they still have their surfing chops.
