They sent the wrong part so I shipped it back using their provided shipping label. They never sent me the correct part or give me a refund on my purchase. They stopped responding to my repeated messages. You guys have been great though! I wish I would’ve ordered from you to begin with! Thanks!

They let me know right away and attempted to get a replacement, but the unit is on backorder. They then gave me a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to inspect their stuff instead of just sending it. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress. I'll definitely be reordering once the filter is back in stock.
