My address listed on eBay has never been in the USA, but the seller claims otherwise. After extended communication, they still refuse to ship. This "buyer" is a scammer who tried to have me send the item to a different address than the one they have listed on their account. In a different country even. The item was not listed as shipping outside the US, and any buyer asking a seller to ship to an address other than the one they have on file with eBay is trying to pull a scam.
