  I ordered multiple items from this seller and I received all my orders in one package or so I thought. When I noticed this item was missing, I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund. i was a little upset until the seller responded and told me that they shipped it separately and gave me the tracking number. My only gripe is that the seller marked it as delivered even though it was still being shipped and it took longer to get here.

  Package arrived with the masks rolled up, stretching them out and making them inaccurate for application. I've never seen anyone roll masks or decals up, as it ruins them. My complaints were answered with gaslighting responses, until I told them I'm a 40-year professional modeler, and would not argue with them. Their answer, not full refund, though a penance, its the principle of teaching me not to do business with them. Delayed a contacted project for a customer, costing more time & money.
