No noticeable scratches or dents. Will update once I've been able to perform initial power up. My plans for this system is to turn it into a home firewall and proxy.
- r***d (4)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Più di un anno faAcquisto verificatoThis came exactly as described and configured, the processor is capable of handling most media in regards to using quicksync for transcoding (the UHD 530 doing the lifting there), it came with a non-SFF tower which allowed me to use a decent discrete GPU for display and the most surprising bit was the 4 slots for RAM allowing expansion to 64GB. I just wish it would have had a RAM/HDD-less option. The motherboard does only have 3 SATA ports so expansion card is needed but overall fantastic value.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
