The seller is completly unresponsive and I had to deal with him through Ebay customer service which helped me with this issue. I do not recommend this seller

They sent me an iPad Air 3rd Gen that was listed as Excellent condition. It has multiple scratches on the screen and dents and scuffs on the iPad body. I wrote them multiple times with no response. EBay customer service wrote them as well with no response. Unbelievable. Hopefully Ebay bans them from this site.
