Initially order took awhile to ship at which point I asked to cancel and got zero response. It was then shipped 36 hours later as my cancellation request was denied. Seller then contacted me and said their would be 20% restocking fee and no refund on shipping - OK fine! I received and sent it back and seller didn’t refund three days after receiving after which I asked eBay to step in and got a full refund. Very poor eBay experience.
