For hard ground take maybe a hammer and spike to make a hole for the rod rest to be pushed in to, rather than overstressing the aluminium tube which may buckle.

Unfortunately let down a bit by the courier (Yodel) who did not deliver as shown on their tracking site. I stayed home and followed tracking to within 1 stop away and then tracking showed as unable to deliver! They delivered the following day.

It's not the best table I've used and it's a bit of a pain to put together symetrically, but it's okay for the price.
