The description said they'd been worn and they appear to be brand new! I only needed a left shoe to wear while my broken foot mends and these are perfect as they match the Asics I currently own. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit, however, the return process was very easy. I took the package to the post office, they scanned my emailed QR code, printed off my label and gave me a tracking receipt, very easy! Shoes were wrapped and packaged well. I was happily surprised that the condition of the shoes was actually as they appeared in the photos, better than the description. Ho'Opio is my favorite Olukai style, so the value of the purchase was good, especially since it seems this style is being discontinued. Great purchase experience. Would buy from this seller again.
