But there are some disappointments. I understand that now Blackberry is stop making a new product, so most of them are refurbished. Anyway i can see the glue on the screen and little scratches on the navigation button. Also bluetooth is not good working. I have paired it with my airpod pro, however it constantly disconnected so i cannot hear all one song in one time. I’m satisfied with the rest

The unit I received was cleary in a very used condition Deep scratch on the home button and oil stains on the keypad buttons (long term wear & tear from human hands). Seller continued to lie about the condition of the device when I politely contacted them to inquire, even though I sent photos within an hour of receiving the delivery, and only offered a partial discount of $20 with days b/w replies.
