There was a mixup in shipping between the item I purchased and an item another customer purchased. Contacted the seller and explained what I received, they were very helpful and determined to make it right. Communication between us was very good. A full refund was offered after recovering the item or they could send the item I originally purchased after recovery. I ended up with a refund and shipped the item back with no additional cost.

I received a call from the seller, very apologetic, explaining that there was a mixup with inventory. I was told that they ordered more, and would send it out the next day.
