The mug holder heats up OK but I have yet to test it with a mug and work out the correct temperature. It has slightly different features to the one shown on the listing photos, namely the reset button and its positioning on the side of the display panel. If possible, I will add to my feedback, once I have actually pressed a mug with sublimation transfer paper or, infusible ink transfer sheets.

However after messaging supplier who got back to me quickly said they will send another cushion out.. Hope to receive the cushion quickly as I need it for the weekend. Will be a very happy customer once cushion has been replaced.. so far good customer service though.
