The seller kept in almost constant communication with us, sending images of what his view was against what we had asked for. He updated and changed the plaque exactly as we wanted. The package arrived earlier than expected, within 3 days of the order being made. Well wrapped and protected. When my wife opened it she welled up and could only say "it's beautiful" the seller has went above and beyond. Definitely recommend

A big thank you for the care and attention given to the padding and packing, and all the attention to detail on the item, I really cant say thank you enough, I would recommend this seller to everyone and will be buying more.
