Its really unacceptable, especially since I paid for the complete set. It arrived very quickly, delivered by a great courier, arriving in 2 days of a Sunday order! Item was well packed, looked as described in good condition with no postage damage. I wish all Ebay sellers were as good as the service provided here. Thank you for a very prompt & pleasant transaction.
