Filed a lost item search request after 3 weeks with USPS, then contacted seller. Seller immediately sent out a replacement. Surprisingly, USPS finds item after 2 days and delivers the following day. I contact seller and offer to pay for second item. They gladly refuse payment and are very apologetic for the issue that was not of their making.
