Sent product with no strap. Asked for help and he refused to help me get a strap even with his add saying Returns not accepted. The only thing he would offer was a return?? Even after my last e mail which stated if they didnt even have the decency to respond to my e mails then i guess i wouldnt buy anything else from them ( i guess they dont care ) .
