I informed this seller and they sent me a new one out before my parcel had been returned as I writing this it is still at the parcel collection place.     Received the tune box it was well packed very quickly posted out. Item was as described been out in the van today and the tune box worked really well. definitely noticed the difference in power.     Excellent ebayer item as described and arrived when stated. Had a lil trouble installing the chip (My end) emailed supplier they replied back promptly with how to install chip and was straight forward from there. Chip works and have def seen a difference thanks again
