They were quick to cancel my order so I could correct the issue. I reordered the Macbook and it was shipped not too long after. Two days later it's on my lap! The condition said "good" but I would say it's EXCELLENT! I will be doing business with them again for my wife's new macbook!

The shipping was fast as promised (I just happen to out in the wrong address so got it a lil late). The seller was very prompt in responding to messages. It mentioned some scratches on the description but omg there was no scratches on the laptop I got. Packaging was 1000000% perfect and effective. I think I got something with more value than the money spent. Recommend recommend recommend this seller.
