    The box is in excellent condition, it came in a motherboard box witch is a plus cuz i like tech boxes, it even came with the clamshell for the CPU and the original manual that is still sealed and has the sticker, the box looks nice and feels nice. 100% would recommend this seller.

    Item was described as new and unopened. The description included the model of the item as well as images of the genuine item. The item that I received wasn't the same model, it didn't match the pictures AND it had been opened and taped shut. I thought it might have been a mistake so I contacted the seller. Their response was that "package is opened to record the serial number" and "many customers bought this". No idea how this seller has a high rating with sketchy practices like this.

    Sir you know you have ordered the wrong part and still I took care of you because of my good rating and honesty, you got your full refund and yes the part is brand new I do have to open the package to get the serial # to avoid scammers both parts are the same, old part was long, new one is short from same manufacturer it's the same pins diagram but obviously you ordered the wrong part for your motherboard and you got your money back I don't know what else you seek Good luck
