Only one con you need to add more packing material the monitor came in peices. The LCD panel came separated from the cassis of the monitor. Thankfully none of the internal cables or panel got damaged. After putting it back together it worked fine so no harm done. Thanks for the good deal!

It came with a bad VGA cable and they promptly sent out a replacement. They do answer emails very fast also. Plus I did get an email from ebay with the 1yr. warranty. The one con is they say the win 10 key is embedded in the mother board. You get no recovery usb in case of board or drive failure. Then you rely on microsoft helping you out ???? Has a Win 7 Pro sticker on it.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
