Upon arrival, the packaging seemed poorly done; the PC wasn’t securely packed in the box, giving the impression that it had been unpacked and repacked without much care. When I opened the package, it looked disorganized, almost as if it wasn’t originally packed properly.After setting everything up, I encountered another issue: while the monitor looked fine, the PC wouldn’t turn on.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
