Radio is awesome and I finally found one that has everything I wanted. CD player with Android auto/apple car play included. The sound is really good, plenty of power, and has plenty of features. The android auto works better than I thought. It don't feel laggy at all and I haven't had connectivity issues at all. Really good quality and everything looks great 💪🏻😁

I got the radio and even though it was refurbished it was in brand new condition minus the original box. Upon wiring the radio I noticed that there was no connection for the external microphone so I called tech hotline and got Christian he proceeded to answer all my questions and realized that the harness was for a different model so he proceeded to solve my dilemma by sending me the right harness. Its a minor setback but Christian handled professionally and quickly.

(I think I'm in the same state as the shipper.) Both items were still in original factory packaging, complete with user documents with the clear seals still on the outer boxes. I tested one and it worked perfectly. The seller executed perfectly and I'm very appreciative.
