Contacted the seller and got a very plausible and satisfactory explanation of what was going on with changes at USPS. Seller clearly was just as frustrated as me. I believe the issue was beyond sellers control. The mirrors are great. Very well packaged, good quality, unbelievably strong magnets. Haven't installed them yet, but I attached one to my 'fridge and almost couldn't get it off!
