Product wound up being a bit disappointing. Not the seller's fault, at least this is the stance I am taking. I ordered two pairs of these rugby boots from the seller. Both pairs wound up having the soles split withing 20 minutes of wear. I believe this is a defect with the rugby boots themselves and not something the seller could have predicted. We took a little dive into this issue and found that the boots themselves are probably not the culprit but rather the age of the adhesive. There seem to be services that can refurb boots with tired glue. If you want to reach out to us, we can arrange a way to get you a partial refund so that you aren't stuck paying more to have functional boots. If you'd prefer to simply send them back, we can work with you on that as well.

Was not due to damage in shipping because no damage to package or packing material. So someone at vendor managed to damage item -- they will know who they are.
