The one I bought from the eBay shop is higher quality and absolutely beautiful. As soon as I opened the package I could smell the tanned leather. According to ebay seller's description, Beret was to be 12.6 inches in diameter.I received a 12 Inch (Kid's Beret size according to website).I sent photos for proof. Seller says perhaps I I can stretch it.
