The description included the model of the item as well as images of the genuine item. The item that I received wasn't the same model, it didn't match the pictures AND it had been opened and taped shut. I thought it might have been a mistake so I contacted the seller. Their response was that "package is opened to record the serial number" and "many customers bought this".
