A+++ seller, great communication as there was an issue with the status of my item so I contacted them and I received a reply within the hour explaining that it was a problem with the Royal Mail tracking system and suggested a probable delivery time & how to track it an alternative way via the ref number. Really helpful people.

Very quick delivery. The product works very well. I have a silver plated ring which is looking a bit worse for wear. A couple of coats of the silver plate solution and it looks as good as new. Very easy to use, but do wear gloves!

Very good product, although my silver plated tankard came up very well, I think at one point the plating has gone down to the brass, and this product just didn't manage to build up the missing silver at that point no matter how many application I did, maybe twenty or so, I'll keep trying a hope that it improves after another 20 applications, please see the non plated area that refuses to accept further treatment in the attached photo, any advice would be helpful.
