C.d. arrived very quickly, and i realised i made a mistake, i'd forgotten this laptop doesn't have a disc drive. I messaged the seller to ask if he could send an alternative which i was happy to pay for, as the free download on their website wouldn't work. Seller sent a link for the software, which worked. Took about 10 minutes for me to get my printer up and running again. Very low cost product, very simple to use, very good service all around. Highly recommend.
