I messaged customer support a few times and they traded it out with a unit on hand that had a i3 processor vs. the original i5, which was no problem for my usage needs. Computer runs great, battery works as intended, I am happy.

The packaging could have been better. The computer was not secure inside the box, nor was the battery, and they were rattling around, but survived shipping without harm. This is my second laptop from this Discount Computers and I am very pleased with their products. Thank you!

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
