The box was torn really bad and taped by P.O. because it wasn't packed strong enough for the weight. More care needs to be given to heavier items so it won't be damaged during shipping by the Carrier.

I inspected the oil filter, and it looked ok. That was not the fault of the vendor, but of the mail service.
