Not only did they fail to ship all of the parts included in my original order, but even after I contacted them about the missing items, there was no apology, acknowledgment of the mistake, or sense of urgency. The missing components were key parts that prevented me from being able to use the product at all. When they finally sent replacements, the parts they provided were not even the correct ones, which caused further delays and frustration.
