No clue as to what it was for. 2. One of the holes drilled into the carb for mounting the air cleaner base was not drilled into the correct position. Was still able to use the original air cleaner regardless.

I installed it and noticed it is surging at idle speed. After sending complete model number seller said it was wrong part for my specific model and can issue the refund. Since I am using the carb as is, it in not fair to accept the refund.
