They tried putting the burden of proof on me to provide pics which I did but that’s not good enough and now they say they can file a claim with usps on my behalf. I didn’t ship anything…they did so it’s their claim. I just wanted the emblem but I guess I’ll have to order elsewhere. I won’t do business with them again. We then asked for photos of the package you received as you claimed the package was damaged upon delivery. A claim is ongoing with the carrier as we try to resolve this issue. Thank you!
