I was expecting it to at least look refurbished, or newer quality- it looked like it was taken off a junkyard car, with a broken/missing alignment tab for the ECM plug. Emailed them, no response. Messaged them on eBay, no response. I guess when you have little competition you don't have to rush, or worry about item condition, or even answering the customer.

It was packaged very well with up to four layers of bubble wrap packaging. Got here in about three days from New York to Kentucky. Overall very good experience with this seller. I would definitely be buying from him again.
