Due to some extraordinary circumstances, there were issues with the correct parts being delivered. I contacted the seller thru ebay and I quickly received a phone call from the owner. He was beyond apologetic about the situation and was on his own time with family in the background. We were easily able to get the situation resolved. It is so relieving to know there are still businesses that believe in reaching out to make things right.
