  The original keyboard had bad keys but, as soon as I contacted the seller, I was offered a replacement and, once I said yes, it was shipped and got delivered way faster than I expected. I was expecting a "fight" (not because of this seller but the ways some Ebay sellers act with defective products) but no issue, quick professional service. The keyboard was visibly new, It's a bit pricey but, that's the normal cost of the model with illumination

  Item arrived quickly and was packed well. I discovered some of the keys didn't work, but the seller was patient in helping me with troubleshooting. Eventually they issued me a refund. I really appreciate the extra time and effort that they took to help me out.
