I felt they wound not survive a workout on my feet. I've had aqua shoes with more tensile strength. But mom thinks they're comfy and wants to wear them around the house. They feel like sock with a thin piece of rubber on the bottom. She's happy. For workout purposes I would recommend trying the sellers other shoes which look more substantial.

It's so weak that you can hardly stand on the sole, because the sole keeps pulling out and shifting its positions from under the feet. The size was perfect, but the downside was the slippers being too weak to perform its function. If your plan is to use it as a house slippers and walk around the house with it, it's perfect for that.
