Seller was helpful and offered to correct the problem plus also suggested the same solution which I could do. Unfortunately, I was under a time crunch and chose to return them. There wasn't a problem with the return process. I found comparable LED's through another source. I understand glitches happen. All in all, good product and a good seller. Easy to deal with and shipping was quick also.
