    Incredibly well packaged. Even at bulk prices there's like 8-12 bucks of bubble wrap and protective material used to ship it. Accurately described, and shipped promptly. Thank you very much for the extra effort with the packaging. That's expensive to do for every order!

    It's a great laptop. It came clean, the serial number matched the listing, the images matched what I received, all pieces mentioned came along with. Shipment received took four days. Packaging was nice and tight - big ole bubble wrap used. I ended up recommending this vendor to my boss for when we need to purchase refurb Dell's for the company.
