When I raised the issue was told the order was correctly fulfilled and communication stopped. Had to involve ebay customer services to get refund and return items. Could have been sorted very easily but lack of communication and failure to take ownership of error ruined the whole buyer experience.

I sent proof proving the mistake was theirs. Seller then stopped answering my messages. No stuck with strap that’s not what I ordered.
