I was looking for a black velvet top with a ballet neck like this and this is perfect. It was packaged well. And I got it on the west coast from the east coast in 3 days. The post office thought it would take a lot longer so I wouldn't believe their prediction! And also I reached out to the seller and they were fantastic. A+ eBay seller.
